  • Once accepted you'll complete a quick form covering things like any allergies or injuries that we need to consider.

  • Then we begin designing your program!

  • 1 week prior to the challenge you'll be asked to upload your first round photos, measurements and a weigh-in, (we have guides on how/ where to measure)

  • You will also get a preview of the meals and ingredients needed so that you can prepare your shopping list and ask any questions.

  • Each week, you'll get a check-in from your coach where you'll get answers to any questions and feedback on your progress!
