The Prime Program is designed to create a balanced and complete workour program covering all aspects of fitness.

You should only sign up for this program if you're willing to become stronger, fitter, faster, lighter and more functional, with less pain.
In other words, helping you hit your Prime!

These workouts work most effectively when training 3x per week or more so that you can get the best of all training approaches!

Our basic membership option covers access to 3 sessions per week.
